As an Associate, you'll work directly with experienced hospitality investment professionals, helping source opportunities, analyze hotel investments, market properties, and execute transactions from introduction to closing. No hospitality brokerage experience is required. We value professionals with strong sales, business development, hospitality, finance, or client-facing backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and cultivate industry relationships
  • Identify hotel owners and investors who may be active buyers or sellers
  • Analyze hotel financials, market data, and investment opportunities
  • Assist with underwriting, valuations, and property marketing
  • Support active transactions through due diligence and closing
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives
  • Utilize THP systems and processes to manage opportunities and transactions.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, finance, or related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Interest in hospitality, investments, and commercial real estate

A real estate license is preferred but not required to begin the interview process.

Compensation

This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Earnings are tied directly to individual production and transaction success, creating substantial upside for professionals who are committed to building a long-term career in hospitality investment sales and advisory.
