Subu Thiagarajan has more than 14 years of experience in hospitality investment sales and has closed over $1.5 billion in hotel transactions. He has advised on the sale of more than 245+ hotel assets across 36 states, including select-service, full-service, and extended-stay properties as well as portfolio dispositions.

His clients include institutional investors and owner-operators such as Highgate, Blackstone, Starwood, Atrium Hospitality, Westmont Hospitality, Pacifica Companies, Colony NorthStar, Hospitality Investment Trust, LNR Partners, and Flynn Holdings. He has also advised many regional hotel groups within the AAHOA community on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy. His work covers the full transaction cycle, from asset underwriting and market analysis to offering memorandum production, buyer targeting, and closing.
