Gary Lopez serves as a Marketing Analyst at Tammen Hospitality Partners, where he supports the firm’s marketing execution and operational efficiency across active hotel investment opportunities. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, he works closely with internal teams to ensure each offering is presented clearly, professionally, and effectively to the marketplace.

A core part of Gary’s role is coordinating marketing campaigns and developing outreach materials that connect THP’s investment opportunities with the right audience. He translates complex deal information into clear, structured presentations that support buyer engagement and transaction momentum. In parallel, he focuses on improving internal workflows through automation, helping increase the speed, consistency, and accuracy of marketing and reporting deliverables.

Gary’s work supports both the marketing team and internal deal professionals, while indirectly enhancing the experience of hotel owners, investors, and buyers by ensuring property information and investment insights are communicated in a clear and organized way.

Prior to joining Tammen Hospitality Partners, Gary built more than a decade of experience across marketing strategy, analytics, performance marketing, and business development. He most recently supported marketing, capital markets, and investor relations initiatives for a real estate platform operating across multiple U.S. markets, contributing to investor-facing materials and reporting tied to a portfolio representing more than $2 billion in total project investment.

Earlier in his career, Gary led regional marketing initiatives for a multi-location healthcare organization, overseeing campaign execution, community outreach, and coordination of a field marketing team. Known for his ability to simplify complex information and improve processes, he brings a structured, analytical, and systems-driven approach to marketing execution.

Gary is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
