Brandon “Beau” Kent serves as Chief Operations Officer at Tammen Hospitality Partners, where he leads the firm’s operational strategy and infrastructure to support scalable growth and consistent deal execution.

In his role, Beau oversees the alignment of THP’s technology, marketing, financial planning, and internal operations, ensuring the platform operates with discipline, transparency, and efficiency. His work is focused on strengthening the systems behind the firm’s performance by enhancing visibility into deal flow, improving execution timelines, and supporting a more cohesive, data-informed environment for both advisors and clients.

A key priority for Beau is advancing THP’s ability to scale without compromising precision. Through the development of an integrated Salesforce environment and the thoughtful application of automation and AI, he is transforming how opportunities are tracked, managed, and advanced across the transaction lifecycle.

Brandon brings a leadership perspective shaped by experience across technology, multi-unit operations, and enterprise transformation, with a consistent focus on driving performance, enabling growth, and executing high-impact initiatives across complex organizations.

Known for his strategic mindset and high level of integrity, Beau focuses on aligning people, process, and technology to deliver measurable results and support the firm’s long-term objectives.

Outside of THP, Beau serves as Regional Soccer Commissioner and Board President for AYSO Region 232, where he leads a volunteer organization supporting more than 700 youth athletes and a community of over 100 volunteers each season across the Verde Valley of Arizona.
