Austin Norton

Austin Norton is an investments advisor at Tammen Hospitality Partners, where he works with hotel owners and investors to execute acquisition and disposition strategies across a national platform. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he plays an active role in expanding the firm’s presence throughout the Southeast, with a particular focus on the Carolinas.

In his role, Austin supports clients through all phases of the transaction process, including opportunity sourcing, underwriting, market analysis, and buyer engagement. He focuses on helping clients make informed decisions by presenting a clear view of both financial performance and operational potential.

Austin brings a background in real estate development, operations, and finance. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he applies a disciplined approach to underwriting and valuation, helping clients evaluate opportunities with clarity and confidence. His experience includes work with institutional-quality assets and a range of investment structures, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both performance and long-term value.

He is known for his analytical perspective and his ability to communicate complex financial information in a straightforward way. Clients value his consistency and transparency throughout the transaction process, as well as his focus on building long-term relationships.

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Austin lived in Chicago before relocating to the Charlotte metro area. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fitness, technology, and travel, and values time with his wife and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
